Booking an appointment
Click the Book Now button to access our booking platform, Vagaro.
Once there, you can view our schedule to find available appointment times. You have two options to book your appointment: create an online profile and book independently, or simply text JoniB with your preferred day and time. We will take care of the rest.
JoniB’s Studio Spa operates by appointment only. Our booking hours are:
Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After booking, you will receive a confirmation via phone or email. Please review all appointment details carefully to ensure accuracy. If any adjustments are needed, contact us promptly.
A confirmation link will be sent to your phone 72 hours before your appointment. Once you click the link, your appointment is officially confirmed—no further action is required. Vagaro will also send a reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before or missed without notice will be charged in full. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and typically allow one grace cancellation per calendar year. Your understanding and support are greatly appreciated.
